Dr.
Chandler Newell
has twenty years of experience in the field of
education, with eleven of those in adult and career
education. At the postsecondary level, he has worked
in student services, instruction, and information
technology. He has taught courses in program planning,
curriculum, instructional systems design, website
design, computer applications, and multimedia
development. He is also a frequent presenter at adult
education and technology conferences. He has recently
returned to the classroom as an eighth grade science
teacher at
Coffee Middle School.
He earned a Doctor of Education
degree in Adult Education from
The
University of Georgia, a Master of Education degree
in Adult and Vocational Education from
Valdosta State University and a Bachelor of Science
degree in Middle Grades Education from
Brewton-Parker College.
Dr. Newell also owns and operates
Newell Media, a small web design and multimedia
production firm in Douglas, Georgia, where he lives with
his wife, Allison, and three daughters.
